I retired last year from my position as Vice President, Content Management, Global Education, for John Wiley & Sons, Inc., and worked with Suzanne Ingrao from 1991 until 2012. Over the years, Suzanne was project manager for a large list of Wiley's most important titles. A small sampling includes the Kieso/Weygandt/Kimmel/Warfield franchise (which includes such classics as Intermediate Accounting and Principles of Accounting), John Schermerhorn's management titles (including Management and Organizational Behavior), and the Tortora franchise (including Principles of Anatomy, Anatomy and Physiology, and Human Biology).
Suzanne was given so many of our most important titles because of her deep knowledge of production, her ability to work under pressure with a broad range of authors, her meticulous attention to detail, and her unfailing reliability.
